A crispy vanilla cookie to cut out and decorate.

  • 2 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup (11/2 sticks) butter or margarine
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 1 1/2cups sugar

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
  • 1 (16-ounce) can pumpkin (about 2 cups)
  • 1 (14-ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)

  • 4 cups sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Coffee punch

  • 4 cups cold coffee
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 pint chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • Ground nutmeg

Combine coffee, rum, and salt. Add ice cream and whipping cream; stir gently. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Marinated chicken breasts

  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 to 3/ cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup sherry (dry)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 10-12 boned chicken breasts

Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken breasts. Marinate at least 12 hours or overnight. Cook over charcoal grill.

Meat loaf receipes

  • 1 cup of oat meal
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1 package of dry onion soup mix 1 egg

In a large bowl beat egg. Add all dry ingredients and hamburger. Shape into a loaf. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 11/2 hours.

Inside-out cheeseburgers

  • ¼ cup Sweet Cream Butter
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 hamburger buns, split         
  • 3 Process American Cheese Slices (3/4-ounce slices)    

    

  •  ¼ cup milk     
  • 3 tablespoons Chili sauce

Bar-B-Q beef kabobs

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 beef bouillon cube crushed
  • 3 pounds sirloin strips, cubed
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers, cubed
  • 1 pound mushroom caps
  • 2 medium onions, cubed

Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl with lid. Add meat and marinate in refrigeratorfor 24 hours. Stir occasionally. Alternate beef and vegetables on skewers. Grill over medium hot coals orbroil in oven for about 15 minutes, turning frequently and basting with marinade.
